Welcome to Runsdex. By accessing or using our platform (via Telegram Mini App or web interface), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Runsdex is an independent directory and discovery service that:

• Aggregates companion profiles from publicly available sources across the internet
• Provides search, filtering, and discovery tools
• Offers premium features via subscription (Telegram Stars)
• Is not affiliated with any individual profiles listed on the platform

By using Runsdex, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent the platform
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute profile data
• Respect the privacy and rights of companions listed on the platform
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully.

• All profile information is sourced from publicly available data
• We do not create, verify, or endorse any profiles
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or legality of profile information
• We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of any companions listed
• Users interact with companions entirely at their own risk
• We are not a party to any transactions or arrangements between users and companions

Runsdex is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice
• We may remove profiles or content at our discretion
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

5.1 Payment

• All payments are processed through Telegram Stars
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All sales are final (no refunds unless required by law)
• Telegram's payment terms apply to all transactions

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Weekly Pass: Valid for 7 days from purchase
• Monthly Pass: Valid for 30 days from purchase
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew (one-time purchase)
• Premium features are disabled upon expiration
• We may terminate premium access for Terms violations

5.3 Free Unlocks

• Free users receive 3-5 contact unlocks per month
• Free unlock quota resets on the 1st of each month
• Unused unlocks do not roll over
• We may modify the free unlock quota at any time

• Runsdex's branding, design, and code are our property
• Profile data is sourced from public sources and is not our property
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform
• You may not use our name or branding without permission

If you are a companion and wish to have your profile removed:

• Contact us via Telegram bot support
• Provide the profile link or name
• We will remove the profile within 48 hours
• No proof of ownership is required for removal
• Alternatively, you may claim and verify your profile to control your information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Runsdex is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• We are not responsible for interactions between users and companions
• We are not liable for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated profile information
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Telegram, payment processors)
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runsdex, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with companions
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your access to Runsdex:

• For violation of these Terms
• For abusive or fraudulent behavior
• At our discretion, with or without notice
• You may stop using the service at any time

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
