Runsdex ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our platform, accessible via Telegram Mini App and web interface.

  • Telegram handles all user authentication
  • We do not require email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers

1.2 Usage Data

  • Bookmarks are stored locally on your device (not on our servers)
  • We may collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, search queries) for service improvement
  • We do not track individual user behavior across sessions

2. Profile Information

Runsdex is an independent directory service that aggregates publicly available information:

  • Profile data is aggregated from publicly available sources across the internet
  • We do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of profile information
  • We are not affiliated with any individual profiles listed on our platform
  • All information displayed is sourced from public postings
  • Profiles can be removed upon request (see Section 7)

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All payments are processed through Telegram Stars
  • We do not collect, store, or have access to payment information
  • Telegram's payment terms and privacy policy apply to all transactions
  • Subscription data (tier, expiry date) is stored securely in our database

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we collect:

  • Secure HTTPS connections for all web traffic
  • Database encryption for subscription data
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Limited data retention (we don't store what we don't need)

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Telegram: For user authentication and payments
  • Vercel: For hosting our web application
  • Supabase: For database storage
  • Ad Networks (for free users): May use cookies for ad targeting

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request information about data we have (minimal, as we don't store much)
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your subscription data
  • Opt-Out: Stop using our service at any time
  • Profile Removal: Request removal of specific profiles (see below)

7. Profile Removal Requests

If you are a companion and wish to have your profile removed from our platform:

  • Contact us via Telegram bot support
  • Provide the profile link or name
  • We will remove the profile within 48 hours, no questions asked
  • Alternatively, you can claim and verify your profile to control your information

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed our service, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
